What is Awen

What is Awen?

Awen is a small helper for your browser. When you find a place, a hotel or a restaurant online, it adds it to the right day of your trip in Journey, and it’s on your phone a moment later.

Send a booking to your trip.

Open a hotel or flight confirmation and click Awen. It finds the booking and the day, and you approve it on your phone before it’s added.

Bring a trip over from Wanderlog.

Planned somewhere in Wanderlog? Awen copies the whole trip into Journey, with its days, places, flights, hotels and confirmation emails.

What Awen can see.

Only what you show it.

When you clickAwen reads a page only when you click it. On sites with an Add to Journey button, it only looks at the place names.
No passwordYou connect it once with a code from the Journey app. To disconnect a browser, remove it in Settings.
Just your tripsIt saves to your Journey trips and nowhere else. Anything it adds shows up in the trip’s history, where you can undo it.

Where it works

Right next to the places on travel sites.

On many travel sites, Add to Journey shows up right next to each place. Pick the trip and the day, and it’s saved. On any other page, click Awen in your toolbar.

Set it up in about a minute.

Add Awen to Safari or Chrome.

In the Journey app, open Settings, then Browsers, and tap Make a code.

Type the code in Awen, and you’re set.
